The Assembly of El Shaddai Life Learning Ministries

“We follow the Spirit of the word and not the world”

El Shaddai

We believe that El Shaddai is the Eternal, all present, all powerful, supreme creator and sustainer of the entire universe.  “And it came to be when Abram was ninety-nine years old, that the Eternal appeared to Abram and said to him “I am El Shaddai – walk before Me and be perfect”. Bereshith (Genesis) 17:1 El Shaddai is one, as a family is one. Even though a family is made of individuals, it is a single family. El Shaddai is the Father, and David the only brought forth of the Father is the Son. “I inscribe for a law: El Shaddai has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have brought you forth’. Tehillim (Psalm) 2:7 “I and My Father are one”, John 10:30 (this represents two being.  I and My Father). “For El Shaddai so loved the world that He gave His only brought-forth Son, so that everyone who believes in Him (His Son) should not perish but possess everlasting life. For El Shaddai did not sent His Son into the world to judge the world but that the world through Him might be saved.” Yohanan (John) 3, 16:17

 Bible

The Bible is the divinely inspired Word of El Shaddai containing His plan of salvation.  It is the foundation of knowledge and the guidebook for living. “It has been written, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of El Shaddai”. Mattithyahu (Matthew) 4:4 “The fear of El Shaddai is the beginning of knowledge. Fools despise wisdom and discipline.” Mishle (Proverbs) 1:7

David -The begotten Son of the Father

I inscribe for a law: El Shaddai has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have brought you forth’. Tehillim (Psalm) 2:7 David is the begotten Son of the Father according to the scriptures: We find these words also recorded in the Book of Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 9, 6:8 “For a Child shall be born unto us, a Son shall be given unto us, and the rule is on His shoulder. And His Name is called Wonder, Counsellor, Strong El, Father of Continuity, and Prince of Peace; of the increase of His rule and peace there is no end, upon the throne of David and over His reign, to establish it and sustain it with right-ruling and with righteousness from now on, even forever. The ardour of El Shaddai of hosts does this.”  (From now means: at the present time, without delay: forever means: without end). “….And to the dust of death You are appointing Me. For dogs have surrounded Me; A crowd of evil ones have encircled Me. Piercing My hands and My feet; I count all My bones. They look they stare at Me. They divide My garments among them. And for My raiment they cast lots.” Tehillim (Psalm) 22, 15:18

“Then You spoke in a vision to your kind one, and You said, “I have given help to one who is mighty, I have exalted one chosen from the people I have found My servant David; With My set-apart oil I anointed him, With whom My hand is established; My arm also strengthens him. Tehillim (Psalm) 89, 19:21 “But My kindness I do not take away from him nor be false to My trustworthiness. I shall not profane My covenant; neither would I change what has gone out from my lips. Once I have sworn by My set-apartness I do not lie to Dawid. His seed shall be forever, and his throne as the sun before Me; like the moon, it is established forever. Psalm 89, 33:37

King David, the begotten Son of the Father, will return to establish the Kingdom of his Father here on earth; to rule as King of Kings with the saints. “Blessed is the coming reign of our farther Dawid that cometh in the Name of El Shaddai Mark 11:10 “See your House is left to you laid waste. And truly I say to you, you shall by no means see Me until the time comes when you say, ‘Blessed is He who is coming in the Name of El Shaddai Luke 13:35 And in kindness the throne shall be established. And One shall sit on it in truth, in the Tent of David, judging and seeking right-ruling and speeding righteousness”. Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 16:5 “Even from the day I appointed rulers over my people Israel, and have caused you to rest from all your enemies. And El, has declared to You (speaking to David) that He would make you a house. When your days are filled and you rest with your fathers. I shall raise up your seed after you, who comes from your inward parts, and shall establish his reign. He (speaking about King Solomon) does build a house for My name and I shall establish the throne of his reign forever.”

“I am to be his Father, and he is My son. If he does perversely, I shall reprove him with the rod of men and with the blows of the sons of men. But My kindness does not turn aside from him, as I turned it aside from Shaul (Paul) whom I removed from before you. (Speaking to David) And your house and your reign are to be steadfast forever before you – your throne is established forever. According to all these words and according to all this vision, so Nathan spoke to David. And Sovereign David went in and sat before El, and he said, “Who am I O master El”? And what is my house that you have brought me this far? And yet this was a small matter in Your eyes, O Master El, And you have also spoken of Your servant’s house for a great while to come. And is this the teaching of man O Master El”? And what more does David say to you? For you, Master EL, know Your servant. Because of Your word, and according to Your own heart, You have done all this greatness to make it known to Your servant”

“And what more does David say to You? For You, Master El, know Your servant. Because of Your word, and according to Your own heart, You have done all this greatness, to make it known to Your servant. You are great indeed, O Master El, for there is none like You, and there is no Elohim but You, according to all that we have heard with our ears. And who is like Your people, like Israel, the one nation on the earth whom Elohim went to redeem for Himself as a people, to make for Himself a Name, and to do for You greatness, and awesome deeds for Your land before Your people, whom you redeemed for Yourself from Egypt  from the nations and their mighty ones?”

“And you have established for Yourself Your people Israel as Your own people forever, and You El, have become their Elohim. And now O El, the word which You have spoken concerning Your servant and concerning his house, establish if forever and do as You have said. And let Your name be made great forever, saying El of Host, the Elohim of Israel, have revealed this to Your servant, saying ‘ I build you a house.’  Therefore: Your servant has taken heart to pray this pray to youAnd now, O Master El, You are Elohim, and Your words are true, and You have spoken this goodness to Your servant. And now, be pleased to bless the house of Your servant to be before You forever. For You O Master El, have spoken it and with Your blessing let the house of Your servant be blessed forever”. 2 Samuel 7, 11:29

“And having removed him, He raised up for them David as sovereign, to whom also He gave witness and said, ‘I have found David the son of Jessie, a man after My own heart, who shall do all My desires’ Acts 13:22

  The Set-apart Spirit

The Set-apart Spirit is the essence, power, mind and spiritual extension of El Shaddai. A newly converted son or daughter receives the Set-apart Spirit by obeying, and having faith and belief in the written word of El Shaddai. “For us to be the praise of His esteem those having first trusted in Messiah (Messiah means: Anointed One) in whom you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your deliverance, in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Set-apart Spirit of promise”. Ephesians 1, 12:13

Mankind

Humans are physical beings with no inherent immortality, but are above the animal kingdom and below the angelic kingdom at this time. El Shaddai offers eternal life as a gift to mankind, at which time mankind will be equal with the angelic kingdom. “What is man that you remember him? And the son of man that you visit him yet you have made him little less than the messengers. And have crowned him with esteem and splendor. You made him rule over the works of your hands.”  Tehillim (Psalm) 8, 4:6

Messengers

El Shaddai has created powerful spirit beings as His agents and messengers.  These spirit beings function as ministering spirits to help mankind. Messengers have free moral agency. Although created to help El Shaddai, some of them led by Satan the devil rebelled against El Shaddai and are now demons in the earth. “No evil befalls you, and a plague does not come near your tent; For He commands His messengers concerning you, to guard you in all your ways they bear you up in their hands lest you dash your foot against a stone.” Tehillim (Psalm) 91, 10:12

Salvation

Salvation is the means by which El Shaddai, through David saves man and gives him eternal life. This process includes one’s calling, repentance, and justification, receiving of the Set-apart Spirit, living a life of faith and obedience to the Eternal One, and final birth into El Shaddai kingdom as a spirit being, who becomes a son or daughter of El Shaddai. Salvation is a freely given gift from El Shaddai through favor and grace with our ultimate reward being given according to our works. “But now, having been set free from sin, and having become servants of El Shaddai you have your fruit resulting in set-apartness, and the end, everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death, but the favourable gift of El Shaddai, is everlasting life in Messiah David our Master.” Romans 6, 22:23, “For by favour you have been saved, through belief, and that not of yourselves it is the gift of El Shaddai.” Ephesians 2:8

And Elohim raised up this One on the third day, and let Him be seen, not to all the people, but to witnesses, those having been chosen before by Elohim – to us who ate and drank with Him after He arose from the dead. And He commanded us to proclaim to the people, and to witness that it is He who was appointed by Elohim to be judge of the living and the dead.To this One all the prophets bear witness, that through His Name everyone believing in Him does receive forgiveness of sins. Act 10, 40:43

Faith

Faith is the knowledge of knowing that El Shaddai Exist and that He will accomplish those things He has promised. “And faith is the substance of what is expected, the proof of what is not seen. For by this the elders obtained witness. By faith, we understand that the ages were prepared by the word of Elohim so that what is seen was not made of what is visible.” Hebrews 11, 1:3. Faith then is the substance of what is expected, the proof of what is not seen.

Repentance

Repentance is when one realizes he is a sinner and asks El Shaddai, to forgive him for breaking His Laws.  And Peter said to them. “Repent and let each one of you be immersed in the Name of David the Messiah, for the forgiveness of sins. And you shall receive the gift of the Set-apart Spirit. For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all who are far off, as many as El our Elohim, shall call. And with many other words he earnestly witnessed and urged them, saying, “Be saved from this crooked generation.” Act 2, 38:40

Kingdom of El Shaddai

We believe in the coming Kingdom of El Shaddai that is coming in the name of our father David the Messiah. “And those going before and those following cried out, saying “Hoshia-na! Blessed is He who is coming in the Name of El Shaddai! Blessed is the coming reign of our father David in the name of El Shaddai! Hoshia-na in the highest.” Mark 11, 9:10 “ And see I am coming speedily, and My reward is with Me, to give each according to his work I am Alpha  and Omega, the beginning and the End, the First and the Last. Blessed are those doing His commands so that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of life, and to enter through the gates into the city” Rev. 22, 12:14 “And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the set-apart Jerusalem descending out of the heaven from Elohim, having the esteem of Elohim and her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal, and having a great and high wall, having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve messengers, and names written on them, which are those of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel” Rev. 21, 10:12

Gospel

The Gospel or the Good News is the message of El Shaddai, being brought forth by His Anointed One, David the Messiah, concerning the extension of salvation to all mankind through the shed blood of, David the Messiah. The Good News also includes David’s own promise to return, and to establish the kingdom on earth and extending salvation to all men who ever lived.   “But I have a greater witness than that of John, for the works that the Father gave Me to accomplish, the works that I do, bear witness of Me, that the Father has sent Me. And the Father who sent Me, He bore witness of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form. And you do not have His word staying in you, because you do not believe Him whom He sent John 5, 36:38

Resurrection

David the Messiah was the first of the first-fruits to be resurrected. “I also appoint him first-born Highest of the sovereigns of the earth.” Tehillim (Psalm) 89:27 the hope of all mankind is to be resurrected to the same spiritual life (eternal) which David the Messiah now has. “And if the Spirit of Him who raised David, the Messiah from the dead dwells in you, He who raised David the Messiah from the dead, shall also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit dwelling in you.” Romans 8:11 But now David the Messiah has been raised from the dead, and has become the first-fruit of those having fallen asleep. For since death is through a man, resurrection of the dead is also through a Man. For as all die in Adam so also all shall be made alive in Messiah. And each in his own order: Messiah the first-fruits, then those who are of Messiah at His coming.” 1 Corinthians 15, 20:23

Judgment

Judgment occurs to each man from the time of his conversion until his death. This judgment process goes on until the individual dies or David the Messiah returns, which ever occurs first. “But if one suffers being Messianic, let him not be ashamed, but let him esteem Elohim in this matter. Because it is time for judgment to begin from the House of Elohim, and if firstly from us, what is the end of those who do not obey the Good News of Elohim? And if the righteous one is scarcely saved, where shall the wicked and the sinner appear? So then, those who suffer according to the desire of Elohim should commit their lives to a trustworthy Creator, in doing good.” 1 Peter 4, 16:19

The Law of El Shaddi

The law of El Shaddi, including the Ten Commandments covered in both the Old and New Testament, is the perfect handbook for mankind living on the earth; it deals with man’s relationship toward man as well as man’s relationship with the Eternal Creator. “If you love Me, you shall guard My commands. And I shall ask the Father, and He shall give you another Helper, to stay with you forever. The Spirit of Truth whom the World is unable to receive because it does not see Him or know Him, but you know Him, for He stays with you and shall be in you”. John 14, 15:17:  “So that the Torah truly is set-apart, and the command set-apart, and righteous, and good”. Romans 7:12

The Sabbath Day

David the Messiah is the ruler of the Sabbath Day which is the seventh day of the week. The Sabbath was set aside at creation, and was given as one of the Commandments at Mt. Sinai and is still to be observed by followers of the Messiah. “Remember the Sabbath day, to set it apart. Six days you labour, and shall do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of the Eternal…..” Shemoth (Exodus) 20:8:10

Annual Set-Apart Days

Just as the weekly Sabbath is a commanded observance by the Eternal, the annual Sabbaths are High Sabbath Days which are commanded to be kept by truly converted Believers. These Set-apart Days shows the plan of salvation El Shaddai has charted out for all mankind.  “And the Eternal spoke to Mosheh (Moses), saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘The appointed times of El Shaddai. Which you are to proclaim as set-apart gatherings, My appointed times, are these…..” Wayyiqra (Leviticus) 23:1:44

Tithing

Tithing is a private act of worship between man and the Eternal. The Eternal specifies 10% of your increase belongs to Him and it should be brought into His storehouse to do His work. For the feeding of the poor, to cloth the naked and take care of His storehouse. The scripture says that your treasure is where your heart is. A Believer’s treasure should be in the work of the Eternal, He has allowed mankind to take a physical active part in His work through tithing. A tithe is 10% of a person’s increase. Malachi 3:8 -10,  “Let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not of grief or of necessity, for Elohim loves a joyous giver” 2nd Corinthians 9:7

Sin

Sin is the breaking of the Eternal perfect laws. The blood of David the Messiah will cover any sin, if repentance occurs. The unpardonable sin is the sin for which there is no repentance. “Everyone doing sin also does lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Everyone staying in Him does not sin. Everyone sinning has neither seen Him nor known Him. Little children, let no one lead you astray. The one doing righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous. The one doing sin is of the devil, because the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Elohim was manifested: to destroy the works of the devil. Everyone having been born of Elohim does not sin, because His seed stays in him and he is powerless to sin because he has been born of Elohim.”

“In this the children of Elohim and the children of the devil are manifest: Everyone not doing righteousness is not of Elohim, neither the one not loving his brother. Because this is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, not as Cain who was of the wicked one and killed this brother. And why did he kill him? Because his works were wicked but those of his brother were righteous.” 1st John 3, 4:12

A Believer

A Believer is a follower of David the Messiah who has repented of his/her sins and has received the set-apart spirit who dwells in them. When the set-apart dwells in a believer, the fruits of the Spirit are visible in his/her life. “But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of Elohim dwells in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Messiah, this one is not His. And if Messiah is in you, the body is truly dead on account of sin, but the Spirit is life on account of righteousness. And if the Spirit of Him who raised the Messiah from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Messiah from the dead shall also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit dwelling in you.”

“For if you live according to the flesh, you are going to die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of Elohim, these are sons of Elohim.” Romans 8, 9:14

Healing

“Truly, He has borne our sicknesses and carried our pains. Yet we reckoned Him stricken, smitten by Elohim, and afflicted. But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our crookedness, the chastisement for our peace was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed.” Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 53, 4:5

“Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, having anointed him with oil in the Name of David the Messiah. And the pray of the belief shall save the sick, and the Messiah shall raise him up. And if he has committees sins, he shall be forgiven James 5, 14:15

The Church

The Church is a spiritual organism rather than a legally defined organization. However, due to the fact that it is necessary for like-minded believers to band together to form a group for purposes of worship, fellowship, and fulfilling the Great Commission of spreading the Gospel, it is necessary from time to time to organize as a church body. The Assembly of El Shaddai Life Learning Ministries strictly adheres to the tenet that each assembly is independent and solely responsible to the membership and to David the Messiah, for their actions. Therefore each assembly would be independent and fully autonomous and not under any higher jurisdiction than the jurisdiction of El Shaddai and David the Messiah and their rule over the assembly.

“And there are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of services but the same Master. And there are different kinds of workings; but it is the same Elohim who is working all in all. And to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for profiting.” 1st Corinthians 12, 4:7

Our Identity

We are the seeds of our forefathers the children of Israel who was scattered throughout the whole earth. “And El Shaddai said to Noah (who was of the seed of Israel), “Come into the ark, you and all your household, because I have seen that you are righteous before Me in the generation.” Bereshith (Genesis) 7:1 “And Elohim said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant which I have established between Me and all flesh that is on the earth”.  And the sons of Noah who went out of the ark were Shem and Ham and Yepheth, and Ham was the father of Kenaan. These three were the sons of Noah, and all the earth was overspread from them.” Bereshith (Genesis) 9, 17:19

The Covenant of the Promise came down through Abraham. “And El Shaddai said to Abram, “Go yourself out of your land from your relatives and from you father’s house, to a land which I show you. And I shall make you a great nation, and bless you and make your name great, and you shall be a blessing! And I shall bless those who bless you, and curse him who curses you. And in you all the clans of the earth shall be blessed.”   Bereshith (Genesis) 12, 1:3

Born Again

Human flesh cannot inherit the Kingdom of El Shaddai. As mankind, we are begotten children but not yet born again, until we are changed and clothed in righteousness which the set-apart Spirit does. The Messiah answered and said to him,“Truly, Truly, I say to you, unless one is born from above, he is unable to see the reign of Elohim.”  Yohanan (John) 3:3

Reward of the Saved

“See I am coming speedily, and My reward is with Me, to give to each according to his work. I am the Aleph and the ‘Twa’ the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Blessed are those doing His commands, so that the authority shall be theirs unto the tree of life, and to enter through the gates into the city.”   Revelations 22, 12:14
